Outta The Heat!
We escaped the 101 degree weather of Texas for a few days in
sunny, but cooler (65-85 degrees) Southern California.
Once again we packed our schedule which included seeing some
friends from L.A., visiting the King Tut exhibit at the Los Angeles
County Museum of Art, celebrating Brent's dad's birthday, spending
some time at the beach and attending a baby shower - just Kate on
that last one...
We lucked-out in that Kate's brother Russ was out of town and we
stayed in his beautiful home in Newport Coast - even Pippin came
along for a very fun-filled time!
