An Amazing Ride!
We basically went to Durango so that we could go on this
wonderful bit of summer fun - so when the rain threatened our
being able to do it - we were very concerned. However, as
usual, we got super lucky and the sun came out on our last day
just long enough to dry up the track so we could take several
runs down the mountain.
It was a total blast! If you have never tried it and get the chance
- don't pass it up.

Brent watched the guys that worked there and figured out
how to go so fast that he threw himself off...TWICE! The
friction was so great that it melted a couple of holes in his
jacket. Pretty, cool, huh?

It was pretty funny to ride a chairlift without skis and
without snow! Once again, Brent managed to get a pretty
good shot of us with his extended-arm maneuver...
