"Double Dating" With The "Kates..."
We had the great pleasure of "double dating" with a good friend of
ours, Chris Flannagan, and his Kate - who also happens to be his
wonderful and adorable 4 year old daughter.
The Rough Riders were playing the Corpus Christi Hooks, and
were in the process of heading to a loss when we left the game
(there are only so many snow cones one can eat, ya know.)
We had a great time walking around the park and enjoying the
atmosphere. They have added a swimming pool to "the stands" in
right field and our new friend Kate Flannagan, being another
water-baby, was a bit forlorn that she could not part take in the fun.
So the Kates have decided that the next time we "hook up" we will
be paddling our way to a Rough Rider victory!
