Home Of "America's Team" - The Dallas Cowboys
We toured Texas Stadium which is located in Irving, Texas. The
Cowboys will be relocating to Arlington, Texas, the home of their
new stadium, in 2009.
The tour included a history lesson of the stadium, views of the
whole facility including the "luxury" boxes and locker room, and
some fun down on the field.
We caught passes, took our picture on the star at center field and
Brent kicked field goals (even made a 50 yard field goal). We took
Brent's picture as we made our way down that famous hallway
from the lockers. No one gave us a Coke though.
They say it can get to be around 130 degrees on the field. After
spending some time there, we would have to confirm that report.
Hard to believe they can play in all that gear when it is that hot.
